Returns and cancellations

Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting the day after you receive your goods. To cancel, email hello@orrahaircare.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

Sealed products

For health and hygiene reasons, haircare products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and with their seal intact. Once a seal has been broken, the right to cancel no longer applies to that item.

Return postage

You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is sooner. Refunds are made to your original payment method. If you cancel your whole order, we will also refund the standard delivery cost; any extra cost for express delivery is not refundable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will offer a full refund or replacement, including return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
